Eastbury Manor House

This Elizabethan house is located in Barking, Essex, and is preserved to create a very realist image of the house as it would have been in the past. It is large, which means that we would be able to be more adventurous with our shots and choices. It would work well both in regard to the interior and exterior of the house, therefore we believe it would be a good place to film our music video.

PROS

- aesthetically matches what we wanted our location to look like

- larger, meaning more opportunities

- closer to home than other locations such as Rainham Hall

CONS

- owned by National Trust, therefore won't be as easy to hire

- could be expensive to use

To establish if we would be able to use this location or not, we decided to send an enquiry to the owners of the house, National Trust. Here is a screenshot of our enquiry:
