Digipak Research: Legal Jargon

Our digipak must include the legal jargon of a CD:

- barcode

- music label's logo

- copyright claim

The logo and the barcode were easy to get since they're just images, however, we need to write our own copyright claim for the back cover of our digipak. To ensure it's written properly, we have looked at a few back covers from our genre to get a general idea of what is to be included.

This is the legal information from Lana Del Rey's Born To Die album. It shows that the artist has the control over her music, also where it was produced and where the production company is based. We could include something like this in our own digipak.

This is the legal information at the bottom of Halsey's BADLANDS album. We could use phrases from this to create a good claim for our own. Especially like "All rights reserved" and "Unauthorised copying... prohibited".
