Digipak: Album Covers For Inspiration

In order to attract our audience in the most effective way, we decided to analyse a number of different album covers in reference to the features we decided to include on our own album cover.

We decided to include two people on our album cover, in order to represent the split/dual personality of our character within the music video of "Control". We could take inspiration from these covers:

The idea of two different personalities is established through this album cover, due to the robots being different colours. The two colours could be distinctive of good and evil, and also represent the idea of cold and warmth.

The two figures seen on this album cover are facing different directions, suggesting that the two figures are moving in different directions or taking different paths. This could be inflicting the idea of a person's desired path, and a person's actual path.

This album cover represents the two sides of a person's brain, or the idea of two different mental states. This can be used to suggest a similar idea to our album cover.

This album cover shows two different faces that appear to be connected together. One of the eyes is looking directly at the audience. The two faces could signify the idea of being "two faced" and having two different personalities that make different decisions.
